    We have set the bar extremely high for the products that we make. From time to time small factory flaws happen. Our irregulars are “Perfectly Imperfect” sheet sets that are “Perfectly Functional.” The imperfections include things like slubs, stains, colored lines, and imperfect stitching. Most of the imperfections are unnoticeable and do not affect the final use of the product. All sales are final, returns are not accepted.

  • Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not use bleach.  Tumble dry on low and remove promptly.  Warm iron if needed.


    Helpful Hints

    • Wash your pillowcases before your first use to soften them even more than they are when they arrive.
    • Choose a liquid detergent for the best results.
    • Use our wool dryer balls in place of fabric softeners.
    • Wash bedding in cold water. Consumer Reports’ past tests found detergents have gotten much better at putting enzymes to work in removing dirt and stains at lower water temperatures, and are less effective at higher temperatures.


    To avoid wrinkles

    • Because they are made from 100% USA Organic cotton our pillowcases will naturally wrinkle. Shake out the bedding between washing and drying. Don’t overload the dryer to prevent twisting and allow the fabric to fluff and tumble dry pillowcases on low heat for the shortest time possible. They will wrinkle less and less with every wash and use.


    Shrinkage

    • Our fabric goes through a mechanical process to reduce shrinkage and soften it, but it may shrink slightly when it is washed the first time. In order to ensure that your pillowcases will generously fit your pillow we have made them longer and wider than other brands.

    • ● Standard Shipping: We offer free UPS ground shipping for all US orders.

    • ● Expedited Shipping: For $24.99 we will ship your package UPS 2nd Day Air Service and for $49.99 we will ship your package UPS Next Day Air Saver.

    • ● All orders are shipped, Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM EST, the same or next business day.

    • ● Ground orders arrive in approximately 1-5 business days.

    • ● UPS 2nd Day Air Service packages arrive by the end of the 2nd business day and UPS Next Day Air Saver arrives by the end of the next business day.


    Returns

    • ● Happiness Guarantee-2 Year Return Policy: As a small family business we sweat the small stuff to make sure you are happy with our products. Sleep on them, wash them, live with them. If for any reason you aren't fully satisfied, you may return them on us for up to 2 years and receive a full refund. Please note if you have paid with Affirm or Shop Pay any refund will not include interest paid on the loan up until the refund date. 

    • ● Return Process: Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment within 48 hours from when we receive the package back at our warehouse.
